  • Yes except Keepers Lodge all the other properties are dog friendly. We have some fields where you are welcome to walk your dogs in. Plus some local footpaths to explore. And Exmoor and the North Devon beaches are close by.

    There is an additional fee of £25 per dog for the extra cleaning, which will be taken at the time of booking.

  • Our properties are self-catered. Inside you’ll find a fridge and a hob, and in the larger properties and oven.We include pots, pans, and kitchenware, and cooking essentials like olive oil and salt. Your outdoor fire pit is also great for cooking on.

    We recommend packing food that tastes amazing when grilled over an open flame - think steak, chargrilled vegetables, and marshmallows. Please note, we no longer offer food hampers.

    Breakfast and BBQ hampers are available to order (before arrival).

    If you’re wanting a total break from cooking, we have compiled our favourite local spots to eat and drink in , a guide is provided.

  • Yes we do. We charge £25 per charge. We recommend you add this to your booking before arriving.

  • Yes. For an additional fee (£35), you can choose to check in early at 2pm (usually 4pm), and check out by 12:30pm (£35) (usually 10:00pm). This can be bought at the time of booking, or added later to your booking

  • We try to be as flexible as possible.

  • Check in Days

    We are super flexible regarding check in days. You can choose the day you’d like to check in and check. The choice is yours.

  • Yes. The Masons Arms (Michelin Star) in the village is our local for liquid refreshments and a very nice meal. We also provide a list of some of our other favourite Pubs and Restaurants in the area and on Exmoor

  • Our closest shops are South Molton (6 miles) and Tiverton (10 miles)

  • Yes. We ask all guests to park in the first large open barn you come to on your left hand side marked with a parking sign.

  • Yes. We have extra seasoned logs and kindling that can be purchased on site

  • All our properties are self-catered. We provide all the cooking equipment, an indoor hob, and outdoor fire pit or pizza oven.

    In the winter months, we’d recommend packing some slippers, warm socks and pyjamas for when you first wake up in.

    Wellies or walking boots, along with a waterproof are also good additions to your travel bag so you can explore the local area whatever the weather.
